Who is Meritronics Vietnam?
Meritronics Vietnam manufactures printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) for customers in Asia, Europe and North America. We have been building boards since 2018, certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
What can I do on this website?
Learn about our services and factories, read our news and certifications, and get an instant estimate for bare PCBs, PCB assembly or assembly only by uploading your Gerber and BOM files. You can also track your quote requests in your account.
Which services do you offer?
Full and partial turn-key PCBA, SMT and through-hole assembly, component sourcing, testing, box build, and support with hardware design and mass production.
Getting a quote
How does the online quote work?
Choose what you need (bare PCB, PCB + assembly, or assembly only), upload your files, confirm the board options and send the request. You see an estimated price as you go; an engineer then checks your files and confirms the final price.
Which files do I need?
For boards: one .zip with your Gerber files (an IPC-D-356 netlist helps). For assembly: your bill of materials as .xlsx, .xls or .csv, and a pick-and-place file if you have one.
Why do I need to sign in with Google?
Signing in keeps your files and quotes private to you and protects the service from spam. We only receive your name and email address from Google.
Some parts on my BOM show “No price yet”. What happens?
Those parts are not in our live price list yet. Send the request anyway: an engineer sources them and adds them to your quote. The estimate you see does not include them until then.
Prices
Is the price shown final?
No — it is an estimate based on your files and our current rates. The final price is confirmed by an engineer after reviewing your design, usually within one working day.
What does the price include?
Depending on your choice: the bare boards, components, assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping and customs for the whole order. Each part is shown separately in the price summary.
Why is the price per board lower for larger quantities?
Set-up work and shipping are shared across the whole run, so each board costs less as the quantity grows.
Files and privacy
Are my design files safe?
Yes. Files are stored outside the public website, under random names, and only you and authorised Meritronics staff can open them. Draft files are deleted automatically after a period of inactivity. See our Privacy Policy.
Is there a file size limit?
Yes, to keep the service fast and fair for everyone. A typical Gerber and BOM is a few megabytes. If your files are larger, email them to us.
Orders and delivery
What happens after I send a quote request?
You receive a confirmation email. An engineer reviews your files, may ask questions, and sends you the confirmed quotation. Production starts once you approve it.
How long does production take?
It depends on the board, the parts and the quantity. Your engineer gives you the lead time with the confirmed quotation.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Shipping and customs for the whole order are included in the estimate.

In My account: search your quotes, continue a draft, download your files and the PDF quotation, or reorder in one click.
Can I delete my data?
You can delete draft quotes in your account at any time. For anything else, email contact@meritronics.vn.
